Greg Youchock

President - Officer/Director (Reelected 16 April 2023 - April 2026)

Greg Youchock and wife Martha Weinstein are 22 year residents of Woodland Drives.  He has served on the WDNA Board for the last 20 years.  He is a retired Bureau Chief with the Office of the State Courts Administrator, Supreme Court of Florida.  His interests include neighborhood preservation, woodworking, travel, history, crossword puzzles, mystery novels, poker and lowering his golf handicap.  He resides on Sarasota Drive.  He may be reached at gangreen57@comcast.net.

Jeff Blair

Vice President - Officer/Director (Reelected 16 April 2023 - April 2026)

Vice-President and Acting Secretary, Jeff A. Blair is principal and owner of Facilitated Solutions, LLC and is a facilitator and process consultant based in Tallahassee, Florida, with over 35 years of experience assessing and analyzing complex issues in public, private and nonprofit organizations. Prior to his retirement, he was a research faculty at Florida State University (FSU) and served as Associate Director for the FCRC Consensus Center at FSU for twenty-one years. He specializes in facilitation and process design and in addition his work includes situation assessment, strategic planning and implementation, and consensus building between and within diverse stakeholder interests with divergent perspectives on complex issues. He has worked with federal, state, local government, non-governmental organizations, and private sector representatives to design and implement collaborative approaches to consensus-building, planning, rulemaking, and dispute resolution with an emphasis on stakeholder participation in the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of policy actions in more than 190 projects and over 2500 meetings. Jeff has extensive experience working with scientists, engineers, local, state and federal agency representatives, and the full range of diverse stakeholders impacted by an issue, to collaboratively develop strategies and alternatives to address key issues in an inclusive process that builds trust and support for the results and enhance the likelihood of implementation. He serves as Vice President of the WDNA Board and chairs the Governmental Affairs Committee. Prior to recently rolling-off, he served as WDNA’s representative to the Alliance of Tallahassee Neighborhoods (ATN) while concurrently serving on ATN’s Executive Committee and chairing the Community Engagement Committee. Tomas Berger

Treasurer - Officer/Director (Reelected 16 April 2023 - April 2026)

I have been active on Woodland Drives NA board since 1997, first as Secretary and lately, as the Treasurer.  I have recently retired after teaching college level chemistry for 32 years (3 at FSU and 29 at TCC.)  Jim and I have lived in our home on Camellia Dr. since 1996 but I have lived in the neighborhood since 1994.  I enjoy travelling, gardening (including growing coffee trees, tree ferns and wildflowers) and photography.

Nasrin Bahadori

Director (Elected 16 April 2023 - April 2026)

Director, Nasrin Bahadori has resided in Woodland Drives and the Myers Park area since 2018. She has been on the Board since 2023. As a data scientist, she has worked in the public, private, and nonprofits sectors, in different areas of healthcare data analytics. Nasrin enjoys living in the neighborhood, being close to Cascades Park, and having quick access to wonderful beaches nearby. Nasrin may be reached at nasrin.belbasi@gmail.com

Sue Conte

Secretary - Officer/Director (Reelected 16 April 2023 - April 2026)

Sue Conte and her husband, Gary Sherman, have lived in and around Tallahassee for more than four decades.  They purchased their home on Country Club Drive in late 2017 and soon fell in love with the neighborhood.  Prior to her retirement, Sue’s career in healthcare administration included many years in senior positions at TMH and CHP, as well as short stints with the state Agency for Healthcare Administration and Capital Medical Society.  She enjoys long walks in the neighborhood parks and streets with her rescue dog, Stella. 

Deborah Lawson

Director (Reelected 16 April 2023 - April 2026)

Deborah Lawson is a retired governmental affairs consultant, a Master Gardener, and former owner of Rejuvenation LLC, an interior/exterior design company.  She has been Chair of the Florida Construction Coalition, a member of the Leon County Extension Horticultural Committee and the Leon County Extension Advisory Board, on the Board of the Friends of Maclay Gardens, and past Treasurer of the Sunrise Community Landowners Association.  Deborah chairs the WD Neighborhood Beautification Committee. 

John Lemons

Director (Reelected 16 April 2023 - April 2026)

I am the father of two and enjoy being involved with their activities.  My wife, Tanya, works at FSU and is a big Seminole fan.  With a background in the auto industry, I more recently became a teacher. Working with Bruce on the safety committee, I look forward to revamping the Neighborhood Watch Program. 

David Poole

Director (Elected 4 May 2025 - May 2028)

David Poole has worked in Public Health for over 34 years with a focus on infectious diseases.  In 1992 David moved to Tallahassee where he began volunteering at a local non-profit, Big Bend Cares, in Tallahassee, FL, where he went on to become their Clinical Coordinator over case management.  This job led to an opportunity with the Florida Department of Health, where he ultimately managed a statewide Patient Care program from 1993-2005.  

In 2005, David left the public sector for an opportunity at Gilead Sciences in Foster City, CA, where he worked in National Accounts and Government Affairs for 9 years.  He was responsible for teams that covered the entire U.S. with the purpose of ensuring optimal access to life-saving medications for life-threatening illnesses. 

In late 2013, David joined AHF, a global non-profit healthcare provider based out of Los Angeles where he continued to work in the area of public policy and legislative affairs for their Southern Bureau. David semi-retired in 2023 and is doing consulting work.  David and his partner/spouse of over 25 years have lived in Woodland Drives for 13 years and love this very special neighborhood.  They enjoy glamping, gardening, adore dogs and cats, and visiting with all of their great nieces and nephews located in Oregon, Pennsylvania, North Carolina Alabama, and Louisiana.

Zach Teders

Director (Reelected 16 April 2023 - April 2026)

Zachary and his family have called Woodland Drives/Myers Park their home since 2004, and he has served on the Woodland Drives Neighborhood Board of Directors since 2008.  His areas of interest over the years have been focused on the Lafayette Street revitalization/streetscaping, Cascades Park redevelopment, and Magnolia Drive enhancements.  Zach may be reached at zteders@yahoo.com.
