Ever Wonder What the Board Does for Woodland Drives?
Over the years, the WDNA Board of Directors has addressed a large number and variety of issues and challenges impacting our neighborhood, both internal and external. Many with potential impact to affect the neighborhood quality of life. Below is a list of major issues monitored, evaluated, and addressed by Woodland Drives Neighborhood Association Board of Directors over the past 25 years. In addition, a summary of Board Member Roles and Responsibilities is included.

Build Community

WDNA Board of Directors – Roles and Responsibilities
Following are the key responsibilities of Woodland Drives Neighborhood Association (WDNA) Board of Director Members:
· Demonstrate a commitment to working in a collaborative consensus building process;
· Demonstrate a commitment to working collaboratively with Board members to achieve consensus on topical issues of importance to the neighborhood;
· Participate respectfully, openly, collaboratively, and actively during Board meetings;
· Adhere to the Board and Annual Meeting Participation Procedures adopted 27 September 2021;
· Serve as an open and accessible liaison between the Board and Woodland Drives residents;
· Participate in the Board’s regularly scheduled meetings (5 times/year);
· Participate in the WDNA BOD’s Annual Combined Membership Meeting and Spring Picnic, and Fall Picnic (2 events/year); and
· Assist the Board by volunteering for tasks required for the Annual Meeting and Fall Annual Picnic.
We Will Be Successful:

> Create a shared vision for achieving the goals and objectives for the project; and
> Are willing to reach consensus.
